Eh, little snakes aren't so bad. They're often kind of cute, even.
It's the idea of them being poisonous, or turning aggressive, or even worse, when they get BIG that frightens me. A single, docile, nonpoisonous snake is just a fun little creature. Shit like anacondas, that's a solid 20 foot coil of teeth and muscle. That makes my mind blank out in terror.
